John Curtas is a legit food critic, with the bona fides to back it up. Ash Watkins is an amateur, and the first to admit it. He’s happily retired from the law, and she’s still practicing and in her prime. Together they make up Eat. Talk. Repeat, and cover the restaurants, bars, and people that make Las Vegas one of the best food cities in the world.

Here's the deal: none of their reviews are paid for. Sure, the occasional dish gets comped. They won't pretend or say otherwise. But any chef will tell you they know it won't buy thier hearts, or a good review. If they sing a restaurant's praises, it's earned. And you won't catch them doing cheese pulls, yolk porn, or any of the other clickbait influencers peddle for views (maybe in jest, but that’s it!). What you get from ETR is authentic and critical analysis of a spot’s food, service, atmosphere, and the overall experience or the “vibes”, as the kids say… we think.

John and Ash do this show because they love this city and the people behind its food and beverage scene. So turn up the volume and buckle up. They’ve got a lot to say.
