By entering this giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Open to legal residents of the United States.

• Employees, officers, directors, or agents of Eat Talk Repeat, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

• The raffle begins on April 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM PST and ends on April 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM PST.

• Only entries submitted during the Entry Period will be eligible.

3. How to Enter

• Enter by completing the raffle form at eattalkrepeat.com/vegas-unstripped-giveaway.

• Limit one entry per person/email. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

• No purchase necessary.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Vegas Unstripped.

• Approximate retail value: $300.

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Any additional expenses (travel, lodging, meals, taxes, or incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries.

• Drawing will occur after the raffle closes.

• Winner will be announced on April 22, 2026, via the contact information provided.

• Winner has 24 hours to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. General Conditions

• Eat Talk Repeat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• By entering, participants agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• Void where prohibited.

7. Privacy

• Entrants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and notifying winners.

• Information may also be used for marketing purposes only if the entrant opts in.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Eat Talk Repeat is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

• By entering, participants release and hold harmless Eat Talk Repeat, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
