Spilling the Tea

In an East Fremont storefront once home to Uncle Joe’s PIzza & Kabob Korner (recently Flippin’ Good Burgers & The Smashed Pig), a new late-night Turkish sot is serving from a walk-up window. Indoor seating soon!

Coming soon to Las Vegas: a legit Edomae-style omakase. Seasonal fish, classic technique, and perfect bites from a Japanese chef with 25 years behind the knife.

What is Edomae Sushi?

Edomae means “in front of Edo,” old Toyko, and refers to sushi made with the day’s catch from Tokyo Bay. Ultra-fresh fish, seasoned shari, & clean bite-sized pieces.

Sweaty water glasses. No coaster, no tablecloth - just straight to a wet lap. - George K

Order of the Week

1228 Main! Smashburgers are ubiquitous, but few are as delish as the Wagyu double smashburger at 1228 Main. Beach-bound? They’ll lettuce-wrap the burger. Already hit your summer goals? Ask nice and they just might put it in a croissant!
