Instead of caving to skittish consumer demands, In-N-Out Burger sticks to what works: A tightly-edited menu, quality ingredients, and no delivery apps or mobile ordering. Owner Lynsi Synder-Ellingson recently stated, “Part of what makes In-N-Out and the experience so special is the interaction and the customer service that we're able to give, the smile, the greeting, that warmth and feeling that culture.” We agree!
